La “Tarte”

Montare due rossi d’uovo con 100-150 gr. di zucchero. Aggiungere uno yogurt alla vaniglia o alla nocciola, una bustina di vanillina, 200 gr. di fecola, 1/2 bicchiere di olio. Unire un etto di farina di mandorle (e latte di mandorle a piacere) o di nocciole a seconda del gusto dello yogurt scelto, una bustina di lievito e infine gli albumi montati a neve.

Cuocere in forno caldo a 180 gradi per 30 minuti…Buona e leggera!

I Biscottini al cocco

Amalgamare 125 gr di farina di cocco, 125 gr zucchero, 40 gr. farina, 2 uova, un pizzico di sale. Fare delle palline da sistemare sulla placca del forno foderata con carta forno.

Cuocere in forno  a 180 gradi per 10 minuti.

Spolverare di zucchero a velo.

I Frollini con crema al Vov

Tirare la pasta frolla (500gr di farina, 200 gr zucchero, 2 uova, 200 gr burro ammorbidito, una presa di sale) e ritagliarla con gli stampini per biscotti. Cuocerli ‘a vista’ una decina di minuti. Amalgamare Vov e zucchero al velo per creare una crema buonissima per unire i biscottini a due a due, tipo occhio di bue.

The “Tarte”

Whisk two egg yolks with 1/3 cup of sugar. Add yogurt and vanilla or hazelnut, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 cup starch, 1/2 cup of olive oil. Combine 1/4 cup of ground almonds (and almond milk to taste) or nuts depending on the taste of the yogurt you choose, a packet of yeast and finally the egg whites until stiff.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) until batter is set for 30 min (depending on mold size)…Good and light!

Coconut cookies

Mix 1/2 cup of coconut flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt. Make small balls to be placed on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with icing sugar.

 

Cookies with eggnog cream

Pull the pastry (2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup of softened butter, a pinch of salt) and cut it with stencils for cookies. Cook ‘on sight’ about ten minutes at 180°C (356°F). Mix eggnog and icing sugar to create a delicious cream biscuits to join the two by two, like bullseye.
